Fitzrovia Apartments

DESIGN AND PLANNING PHASE: 4 MONTHS

INSTALLATION PHASE: 7 WEEKS

SQUARE FOOTAGE: 8,000 SQ FT

Our clients bought a newly restored Grade II - listed property in the heart of Fitzrovia. Whilst the apartment ticked all the boxes practically, it was lacking heart and soul, and that certain 'je ne sais quoi' to help make it feel like home. We worked hard to put a scheme together that suited the classical proportions of the house, whilst adding a fresh contrast in the furnishings; an uplifting and fresh scheme with injections of ‘sorbet’ colours and natural textures forming the backbone of the design. We had the pleasure of designing several bespoke pieces and had great fun putting the children’s rooms together. When we completed the project I was surprised at how 'at home' everyone felt as soon as they entered the home; design is certainly not always about what provides the most striking bold photography, it's about how it makes you feel, and this house certainly feels like a home which is exactly why our clients love it so much.

We furnished the entire property including artwork, window treatments and accessories down to the indoor olive trees.
